Solution is right there:

So, basically there’s two kinds of issues:

  • snuba doesn’t report Kafka/Confluent connectivity issues (nope, it does not).
  • snuba has the UTC timezone hardcoded, so the ClickHouse must run in UTC too. would be nice to at least have a config knob for that !
