If I use Sentry self hosted, will all the data be private?

Recently I have started to look into an error tracking tool.

A few years ago I have used sentry and I have been very happy with it.
When I previously used Sentry it was cloud hosted and I didn’t really care if the user’s data was sent to sentry servers.

The request from the current client is that if we use a self hosted error tracking tool, absolutely no data should be sent outside the server. Everything needs to be private and stored on the client’s server.
Is self hosted sentry sending any data outside it’s server?

Disabling the beacon should be all you need for total isolation.
