I said it was our goal we’re working towards. I’m not sure you’d have a better time if we handed you just a list of all the software needed and we said “good luck”. You’d be in the same situation. We haven’t hid what we run or what the software is. So the same debugging applies.
It doesn’t for certain use cases. We are both working towards and open for contributions to make this better and have a wider coverage. When we are debugging our own systems, the tools we have are also logs 90% of the time. If these are not good enough for you, you can tweak any part of the system, build your own Docker images and try it out. All of this process and the code is also open.
Please keep in mind that open-source does not mean free support for everyone. To the contrary, it is “everyone can do their own support because everything is open”. If you see specific gaps for you to help yourself, we’d love to improve on those ares.
