Everytime i try to upgrade, it fails. It looks like Kafka never comes online and then it just quits. Any suggestions? [sentry]

I tried upgrading in a smaller step from Sentry 10.0.0.dev0 to like 10.0.1 using SENTRY_IMAGE=getsentry/sentry:98d6387 ./install.sh

But that errors out with a manifest not found error.
