403 Error - Remove Sentry

Hi there,

Just a note - I’m not a developer. I previously worked with a developer who installed sentry on my Shopify store. If you go to any page and inspect the page it shows a 403 error for Sentry. How exactly do we remove this from our store?

Is this basically when you authenticate an app with another app and now it no longer has access to our store?

Hi Seth,

I believe we have already connected through the official support channels. If you are able to get access to your code somehow, and can share it in our email thread, I might be able to walk you through where to look for our code and how best to remove it.
