Basic Help Connecting to the proper project

I just set up my sentry account and my boss gave me permission on his end to work on figuring out why our server crashed, but I have been having issues signing into the project. I have the slug associated with the project but whenever I try to SSO into the project it just says data could not be found. If someone has any advice that would be appreciated. The whole site seems really difficult to navigate.
