Guidelines to mark existing issues as "historical"

Hello,

We’re starting to use Sentry in my team. As many teams probably encountered, it can be overwhelming to look at the full list of errors. We want to adopt a strategy to get those errors down. We’re thinking of tackling any new issue as “we need to fix it right now” so we don’t grow the list of errors in our software. And as time allows, we’ll pick some issues to fix from that list of “historical” issues.

Do people have any strategies, recommandations on how to mark issues as “historical” and then filter on that status?
