Not getting password reset email

I tried to reset my password for a personal project IR recently picked back up, but I didn’t get a forgot password email using the site.

Anything wrong?

I got the same issue, but not seeing anything in logs.

So far what I did was check the configs for mail, but sometimes it works and some others it doesn’t
