Possible to get alerts when releases are made?

I’d like to be able to get notifications of releases pushed to my integrations (specifically Slack) similar to what happens with Opbeat where you get a nice summary of the commits just pushed and who made them. Is something like this possible and I’m just not finding the option or does Sentry not support this at the moment?

If not, I’d love to at least get notifications made available for when releases occur at a minimum.
