Sentry processing transactions but not errors

After a recent upgrade and filesystem switch, I cleared out our sourcemap and file tables in postgres to start fresh. Since then, Sentry has not processed any new events

All of the containers report healthy, no logs to indicate otherwise. Kafka is on the latest partition
etc. The queue processors seem to be constantly reading events:

Curiously, I am still receiving email alerts notifying me of new issues coming in - indicating that post process forwarder is working fine.

Events seems to be processed, but not showing on web

It seems I have an issue with issues not showing up in Sentry 21.5.0.dev0 onpremise installation. To start with, the performance monitoring is working fine, showing up all the telemetry. But when it comes to other events they seem to be processed (eg.
