Sentry v20 on ECS Fargate

Has anyone deployed Sentry v20 on ECS with the fargate launch type? I was able to find a guide but unfortunately, it’s for an older version of Sentry. The whole requirement of task definitions for each service makes it labour to deploy on ECS.
