Toggle option missing in exception

I have an hosted sentry setup.

Sentry Version: 21.7.0
Helm Chart Version: 11.5.0
Helm Repo: https://sentry-kubernetes.github.io/charts

The issue I am experiencing is - I do not see an option to toggle an exception which generally takes me to exact line of the faulty code. I am attaching a screenshot below which shows the general trace without an option to expand into the exception itself.

I have a paid sentry account where I tried matching the configuration. I could not spot any obvious difference. Please help in fixing this issue.
