2FA Problem - I can't get verification code

I activated 2FA by a phone number. But I cant get the verrification message so I can’t login my account. I sent a message to support but they told me to contact by my manager. I did and they deleted me and added me the organization again but still I sentry wants to 2fa sms code. But they still dont send me that. Do you have any idea guys?
