When i open Sentry dashboard with admin privileges its showing

but users are not able to see this,
How can this be solved?
any potential impact?
Currently we’re using version 7, will upgrade can remediate this issue?

Can’t really comment on v7 (didn’t even realize that was still in the wild!), but usually this means your workers have a backlog of tasks or aren’t running.

Thank you @zeeg , But how can i check them whether they’re running or not ?
