Backup of Sentry components

Hello! I run sentry 21.3.0 and it looks like many components, where my data is stored
Redis, memcached, kafka, zookeeper, clickhouse, postgresql, local files…

What shoud i backup?
Looks like memcache and redis is cache only
What about other components?..
