Bug: `Select the first 1,000 issues ...` does not work

1. select all on page items
2. click Select the first 1,000 issues that match this search query.
3. await
4. error happens every time: Unable to update...

Sentry version: standalone installation 9.1.0

Also: A wanna select totally all items. Can I do it?
