Cannot Find Event

I received a sentry notification for a particular Not Found event (//start/). When I clicked to view the issue in sentry, I was taken to my Not Found issue page, but the //start/ event was nowhere to be seen. When I searched for the particular event id, it was gone. Why might this have happened? How might I find this event?
