Cannot post alerts to public channel

Hey there!

Posting here is my last resource…

I have Sentry on premise in my project…and after integrating Slack with the proper workspace, I see that I can set up the alerts to post in private channels (where I invited the slack APP) , but not to public ones, and I don’t see the reason.

Googling I see that usually the people have the opposite issue.

I increased the log level of Sentry but it just won’t show anything relevant.

In the Alerts config, when I put a public channel to post to, it says:

“The slack resource “ti-daily-log” does not exist or has not been granted access in the company Slack workspace.”

What am I missing!
