Does sentry v9.x support postgresql 9.6?

Hi,

Is PostgreSQL v9.6.x “officially” supported by Sentry v9.x at this point?

We’re trying to install a Sentry cluster on GCP and Cloud SQL only supports PostgreSQL v9.6 and above. The document seems to suggest Sentry supports PostgreSQL up to v9.5, I wonder if that’s still true or not.
