Emails look broken in Outlook 2016

The emails I get from Sentry always look horribly broken in Outlook 2016.
I’m wondering if this is just an issue for me, or a compatibility issue that needs to be fixed?

Whoa, that is bad. Are these from us at sentry.io or an on-premise install?

Thats from sentry.io - and it’s been looking like this for a while. But I don’t know if this is just due to the way Outlook is set up here at our office, or something everyone is seeing - but it’s definitely not pretty!

Same problem here, in on-premise Sentry 8.21.0.

Edit: that’s the desktop Outlook, Outlook Web Access is Ok
