Emails work, but not getting notifications for new events

Hi, I have a self-hosted Sentry 9.0.0. It seems I no longer get emails for new events. The events show up in my Sentry dashboard correctly, it’s just that I don’t get an email (and I checked my spam). However, if it’s a regression or a comment on an event, I do get an email as expected.

I don’t think I’ve customized any alert rules.

Here is my project settings > alerts > rules:

SEND A NOTIFICATION FOR NEW ISSUES - ALL ENVIRONMENTS

When all of these conditions are met:

An issue is first seen

Take these actions at most once every 30 minutes for an issue:

Send a notification (for all legacy integrations)

Delivery intervals are set to 5 minutes and 30 minutes.

In my user account settings, “Send me project alerts” is on, and all projects follow the “Default” setting.

Any idea why this is?

Update: I set up an integration with VictorOps, that’s working fine. It’s just email that isn’t working for some reason. I also tried adding “Mail” explicitly to the actions:
