Getting Internal Error on Sentry

Hi – trying to create a new alert rule with Slack Integration and getting this:

There was an error saving your changes. Make sure all fields are valid and try again.

detail: "Internal Error"
errorId: "d45a3cc7ec1a47c99d84bf19d2db3539"

Do you know where I should start looking? This is a very generic error and only happens when trying to create Slack rules
