Github integration

I realise I can close sentry issues using: Fixes SENTRY-ID

However given Sentry issues can be linked to github, why can’t sentry automatically close the issue when the related github issue is closed?

This is almost certainly something we’re going to do in the future, just haven’t gotten there yet.
