How to contact support

I’m a paying customer and I have serval issues with my current package. I’ve been trying to contact Sentry’s support through ZendDesk for several days now without success.

I would like to get support about the following subjects:

  • Currently available plans vs Legacy plan.
  • Our quota depleted quickly in comparison to previews months and I would like to identify what caused it.
  • etc
