Sponsorship team is not responsive

I opened a case with Sentry sponsorship team on 10/5. The team asked me for some information and confirmed my organization’s eligibility for open source plans and that it will be applied to our account soon. However, since then, I have not heard back from them inspite of multiple followups. Can you please guide me to appropriate resources where I can get this request to be acted upon and driven to closure?
