How to create alert rule and enable webhooks plugin with API?

Good afternoon! I cannot find in the documentation the ability to create notification rules and enable webhooks via api.


maybe someone did it for their own needs? The fact is that we have more than 50 projects and are growing every day, it is difficult to add manually (
