Query about RateLimiting feature

Greetings,

Is it possible to use Global Rate Limit and Per-DSN Rate Limit together, Or we should only use either one of them for properly implementing rate limiting feature?

I think you can use them both but pinging @untitaker and @jauer for a more definitive answer.

They both work independently, if either one of them triggers the rate limit is applied.
