Route not found or just NotFoundError

Hi!

I have Sentry 21.4.0.dev0 on-premise self-hosted.
I’m added Slack Integration and It seems to work OK, but if I’m addind additional webhook, then Sentry generating two Issues for internal project, they are nor “Route not found” or “NotFoundError”.
What does it mean and why this issues are generated?

Looks like some files are missing or you got a version in the middle of a cut-over. Can you try with a newer Sentry version?
