Hello there!
I was wondering if it is possible to run Sentry with Podman or maybe even as a standalone client on debian (without docker)?
Is there any kind of support for these variants or maybe planned for the future?
Regards,
Saskia

There’s a long-open thread here discussing this: Support Podman (and Podman Compose) · Issue #369 · getsentry/self-hosted · GitHub, happy to get your input and potential help there if you are interested.
It is certainly possible as our Docker images are already Debian-based. We already publish our wheels to PyPI if you want to give them a try. That said this is a path we do not encourage nor provide support for so be ready for a lot of troubleshooting on your own when things go wrong (or even at the setup phase).
