Transfer project to sentry.io

Hi everyone!

I’m trying to transfer a project from an on-premise installation to a sentry.io account, but I’m getting an error. First question would be: is that possible at all? If so, the error I’m getting is this (changed the company and project name):

If it can’t be done through the transfer button in the project settings, is there a way to do it?

This feature is to transfer a project between organizations within the same install. It is not a way to transfer it into SaaS sentry.io from on-premise.

Fortunately, we do have the ability to do this, but you need to reach out to support and they can help you through the process.
