I am unable to invite new members with error “There is an existing invite request for: …”, but there was no invitation request. Moreover no email or notification was received.
PS: Your customer service is unreachable, I tried over Twitter, I have an issue opened on GitHub more than 2 months ago, just no reply.

I checked the link, but there is no contact info. I think I found a contact email somewhere and I sent a message around three days ago and I am waiting for a response.

I have checked again and it was 5 months old and unfortunately I am not working anymore on that project.
