Several members of my company have tried several times to invite me to our sentry but I have not received any email. I have checked my spam. How can we troubleshoot this?
Sounds like a configuration issue. Are you sure you set correct SMTP server values in your config? Go to https://sentry.yourdomain.com/manage/status/mail/ to see the current mail configuration and send a test mail.
By default, the on-premise setup with docker-compose does spin up a custom smtp server.
