Why I send Sentry Event,but on the website sentry did not catch any event?

I am sure I have send event from my application successful,but nothing capture by sentry.

My sentry was deployed by onpremise,cloned by git from then github.

Is there any ideas to solve this problem.

Is there anyone can help me ? thanks
