All events missing

Hi all,

A little more than one week ago, we could not access our event list on Sentry (clicrdv project), we always get the message “Sorry no events match your filters in the Production environment.” whatever we try.
We have some “event capacity exceeded” issues from a few weeks, actions are currently performed to resolve this, but how to explain that all events (not only the recent ones) seem to have disappeared ?


Guessing you’re on our free plan. We’re going to be getting a fix out so free plans can see data older than 7 days (which was the retention “guarantee” we made). It’ll become 30 days, as that better aligns with the way billing works.
