Any idea why we have stopped getting alerts?

We’re on the free tier plan and everything was running smoothly initially. About two weeks ago, we stopped getting email alerts on new issues (though we are still getting other emails, like comments on issues). Has anybody seen this before or does anyone have suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

We have a very low rate of events (we’ve had 8 over the last week) so I’m sure we haven’t exceeded the free plan’s cap and we haven’t changed any configuration at all.

I’ve noticed I am occasionally (but not reliably or reproducibly) getting a message like this when I log in to Sentry:

I wasn’t aware that there was a membership limit, I can’t find any documentation on this, and I don’t see this message reproducibly. Could this be the reason we’re not getting email notifications?
