Not receiving email for all errors

First, Sentry was not capturing errors that users were reporting. I saw screenshots of Javascript errors from them. But it’s hard for me to tell if this problem has gone away.

However, I logged into sentry because I finally got an email alert about an error and I see another error that happened 3 days ago, I never got an email about it.

Does Sentry throttle what errors it captures and/or what errors it sends email notifications about? I get like 2 errors a month - not high volume.

Sad thing is I figured I’d setup Gitlab integration, hoping it’s less flakey than email alerts and Gitlab integration seems to be broken (can’t complete the setup).

Maybe I’ll try Slack integration instead.

I’m at a loss.
