I am crushing the app from the java side of things so I have this error on a click of a button:
the crush is indeed reported to the sentry dashboard. I assume there is no way to have a user feedback as part of the crush since the app is dead right?
you are right, but we are working on it, we just landed this feature on iOS
and soon to be on the Sentry Android SDK as well, stay tuned.
