I get a lot of notifications on emerging issues on the mail. If you try to disable notifications on the page: http://sentry.centrobit.ru/account/settings/notifications/, an error occurs.
The technical support refused to help in solving this problem, saying that support is provided only to paid customers? What? A “free” to stay with the problem of service 1 on 1?
Whoever is running your Sentry install should simply look into why the error is happening. It’s almost certainly a configuration error, and is captured in the logs. Personally it sounds like they’re passing the buck.
(They are right that we dont provide customer support for on-premise users without a contract, but that’s not really the point here)
