I would like to lower my per-project limit below 50%. My concern is that with 50% two projects can still accidentally swallow up my account limit. This is somewhat likely for my organization. Since it’s already in increments of 5%, I would wish this could continue going down as low as 5%. Then even if 19 projects use up their limit a 20th project could still send some errors.
