Java log4j2 Elasticsearch 5.2.2 logging error: "Discarded invalid value for parameter 'sentry.interfaces.Message'"

I finally got Java log4j2 Elasticsearch 5.2.2 logging to work but the events/issues all say:

There was 1 error encountered while processing this event
Discarded invalid value for parameter ‘sentry.interfaces.Message’ Expand

Sentry employees maybe have access to https://sentry.io/lex-machina/elasticsearch/issues/232881071/ and/or I’m happy to provide any other details required.

I have the same error using Elasticsearch 5.3.0 with Raven 7.8.6

Seems to be fixed for Elasticsearch 5.2.2 with jars raven-8.0.2.jar , raven-log4j2-8.0.2.jar
