Messages collected in the past are not being processed

It is installed and operated on-premise.

The event was received in a short period of time, so the cpu usage rate went up and the memory reached 100%.

Even after waiting a long time, it seems like it’s still processing something, so we restarted it, but it’s still the same situation.

What should I do if I want to start anew after I ignore the past events and restart them?
