"Resolved in next release" problem

Hello!

I have integrated Sentry into my project like a month ago. Just basic setup, without extra fields.
During that period I’ve got tons of issues and now want to begin fixing them.
I see that Sentry has “Resolved in next release” feature, so I’ve created release item… and I thought I will be able to use that feature, but no luck so far.

It seems it works only when you already had setup releases before and your issues has releases metadata.

Am I right? I wonder why not to make some default release, like “n/a” and allow to resolve issue in next release, if there is at least one real release.

That would be the same as just clicking “Resolve” (ignoring the release stuff).
