Route Emails by Organisation not by Project

I have user account with multiple email address, with more than one org, and each with more than one project. This is a great setup because the login system is “human centric” meaning I can use one login to access all the various orgs/projects I work on.

I have it set to route notification emails to a specific email for specific projects.

However, organisation emails (billing, spike alerts) are still only set to the primary account.

My feedback is to allow routing by org, instead of the current project.
