Slack integration: event subscription - request url response returns 500 error

Hello,

I am currently adding slack integration to my sentry instance, however my request url fails to return the challenge parameter, and I’m stuck, as my instance appears to be working fine. I have added all the necessary keys and tokens in my config.yml, and I have restarted my sentry docker instance, but to no avail, it is still not working.
