According to the instructions,I can view localhost:9000,but Unable to fetch all project stats.

This article is quite dated and it also recommends an unsupported way of installing Sentry which we do not maintain or support. You find our recommended (and supported) way of using self-hosted Sentry over at our docs: https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/
