Upgrading Very Old Raven-PHP

Howdy all, I have to upgrade a very old (~May 2015) version of Raven-PHP to Sentry-PHP, are there any steps I will need to take within my application to ensure that this upgrade goes smoothly? I could not find a upgrade process on either https://github.com/getsentry/raven-php or https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-php so I’m guessing I will not need to change anything application side, but thought I should ask! Sorry if this is a bit of an un-educated question, I have not worked with Sentry/Raven much before and was just tasked with doing this upgrade. Thank you very much for your help!
