Why doesn't update change-log by releases?

If you check releases, there is no changelog and just mentioned

- No documented changes.

for each version.

Why they don’t provide any changelog?

TL;DR
We are aware and we want to bring back some changelog information. It just requires some infrastructure and processes to be set up and we just didn’t have that time yet.
