Ignore repeating events until it will not be marked as resolved

I have alert rule:
Shoot event into slack when captured, but with rate limit 30 minutes.

How can I create additional alert rule, that will shoot alert immediately after repeating if issue marked as “Resolved”?

Yeah, but there is rate limit minimum 5 minutes, but can I disable this option?
