Yup it is:
There should be no differences between our cloud service and our open-source product (no open-core model)
Just to clarify, Performance isn’t turned on by default yet for self hosted. There’s a PR to enable it by default ref(perf): Enable performance view for self-hosted by silent1mezzo · Pull Request #26178 · getsentry/sentry · GitHub

We have a custom override over in the onpremise repo. It is still great to get this on by default, thanks a lot @silent1mezzo!
