I’m testing the sentry geolocation right now and it seems like that it doesn’t work if the app doesn’t have send-default-pii set to true. I wanted to reply to the thread but it’s locked now so I’m writing you personally. You might want to consider adding this information to the documentation as I believe it’s essential. Thank you for your time.

Thanks for follow up @martbc, I see what you mean. This is especially an issue given that newer SDKs do not send IP addresses by default. I’ve added a warning to the geolocation docs. Sorry for the trouble, hopefully this helps the next person! Thanks for using Sentry!
